On the first day , I was little baffled because this is a renowned enterprise in hotels (a sudden blackout, cockroach near the kitchen, an unrepair glass in the bedroom) in different cities; however the staff were the ones who compensated these observations. I was satisfied in the end.

They upgraded me to a beautiful suite, with a big terrace, it was really nice.

The room was well located close to the bus stop and only 10 minute walk from the metro.

Staff very helpful. Returning for 2 more nights in late October.

I have been traveling and stayed at many places. Sorry, it is difficult to be specific. I know my overall feeling. However, there was an issue that remains with me. My request for full bed, not 2 double beds. For the cost of the room I was disappointed that I didn't know.

Wonderful

Good location only 15 minute walk from Sants station and 10 minutes to metro for getting to city centre. Good size room and bathroom.

Shame there are no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Wonderful

The room was nice, clean and more spacious than I expected it to be. Staff was very kind. We were pleasently surprised when on my sister's birthday, we found a nice birthday card and a compliment from the hotel! Location was also fine - the hotel is near bus stops and a metro station.

Nice hotel in Barcelona

The hotel is clean and location is not bad. It’s at a walking distance to a subway station, also 10 min walking to Le Corts avenue. Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable.

Breakfast could include more hot options, for example the potato tart is cold and the flavor is not the same. In addition the bread and pastries were hard like they were not fresh.

Considering that accommodation in Barcelona is expensive, the hotel offers a good option. 24-hour reception service was helpful for us.

Housekeeping was good but the hotel itself needs a bit more refurbishment. The breakfast products were not replenished frequently. Sound insulation in the room is very poor.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful area, with everything you need around and extremely good restaurants. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the reception was kind and willing to help.

Far from center. The balconies didn't have chairs and table.

Comfortable and Peaceful.

I had a room with a private terrace and LOVED it. Very quiet and peaceful. Room was clean. Breakfast spread was limited but sufficient. Miguel at the front desk was SUPER HELPFUL. Thank you Miguel. Walking distance from the Lilla Mall.

More variety for breakfast. My friend cancelled her stay with me, so it would have been good if they could have refunded some amount.

A quiet home from home with no frills and feel good factor.

The room I booked was spacious on the top floor with modern ambience and a terrace with a view. Exactly as photo and turned out to exceed my expectation. Restaurant area was modern and nice but slow. Buffet Breakfast was good but soon found local bakeries to obtain something more me. I asked staff about places to eat in the city. My thanks to the lovely ladies from Galicia and Genoa who were super friendly and helped out. Location was a surprise. It's a trek to the metro at Les Corts but great shopping centre called villa 500 meters away. Big brands and super food area. I found it easy to take next stop up from Les Corts and shop Lilla. If you walk down towards railway station there are two reatuarnts where the locals eat and the area has lots of eating places, supermarkets and shops.

The trek to the metro at Les Corts. After a few days it was a drag. Tried other stops. The hotel feels cramped and the other nearby NH are more modern looking and offer more facilities. On this occasion I did not need them so Les Corts appropriate. The room and staff mean I will return as well shopping zone. It has everything 500 metres away and is stylish. Cortes de inglais dept store present and better than city centre site.
