This place feels like HOME.

The staff at the front desk are super helpful and courteous namely Miguel, Pablo, Alvaro, Olajita. Check in was smooth and easy and the room as as expected, peaceful and fabulous. I love the location of this property. There is a HUGE mall nearby (5mins leisurely walk) with a food court. Lots of eateries, shops and super markets in the neighbourhood and super safe. The chef too was very kind and there was good spread for breakfast. Though limited options for Vegetarians and Vegans.

Good hotel, not so much for the money

Room very clean and quiet. Good wifi. Good location but far from the touristic places (which may be an advantage to some). Plenty of eating options around (though that applies to almost all of Barcelona), including a good cafe/restaurant in the same building.

Location if you want to be near touristic places; subway is about 10 min walk far. Breakfast not included despite a quite high price. Available for 15 euros, which is a rip-off unless you eat a lot. But there are plenty of breakfast options around. Price is somewhat high for the facilities offered.

We had a really good stay at the hotel. Mr Pablo in the front desk was very helpful & decent as well as other staff. The hotel is well located in a calm area that is not too touristic/noisy.

Decent for a short stay.

Good Location. Away from the city center but easy access via metro and buses.

Rooms are small but decent enough for a solo traveler or a couple. The rooms are not sound proof...so you can hear your neighours.

The room was spacious with a spacious balcony. The design is new and pretty. The service was responsive. We really liked the area: restaurants and a shopping mall nearby

The shower door is too short that makes the floor flooded. It would be nice to have at least a chair to be able to rest at this nice spacious balcony.

On the first day , I was little baffled because this is a renowned enterprise in hotels (a sudden blackout, cockroach near the kitchen, an unrepair glass in the bedroom) in different cities; however the staff were the ones who compensated these observations. I was satisfied in the end.

We liked the location and the hotel was very beautiful…staff was very kind and helpful..our room was superb..

The WiFi could be better and I’d like some slippers for people that they cannot fit any in their bags but other than that everything was to the point

The room was well located close to the bus stop and only 10 minute walk from the metro.

The beds weren't as comfortable as i excpected.

Staff very helpful. Returning for 2 more nights in late October.

I have been traveling and stayed at many places. Sorry, it is difficult to be specific. I know my overall feeling. However, there was an issue that remains with me. My request for full bed, not 2 double beds. For the cost of the room I was disappointed that I didn't know.

Wonderful

Good location only 15 minute walk from Sants station and 10 minutes to metro for getting to city centre. Good size room and bathroom.

Shame there are no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Wonderful

The room was nice, clean and more spacious than I expected it to be. Staff was very kind. We were pleasently surprised when on my sister's birthday, we found a nice birthday card and a compliment from the hotel! Location was also fine - the hotel is near bus stops and a metro station.
